Perfect Balance (Core Stability Class), 1 hour class
· Perfect balance is a gentle, slow but sometimes challenging workout suitable for all abilities.
· Working on core stability it can improve posture, strengthen muscles and increase flexibility.
· Starting with a gentle warm up using mobility moves to mobilise the joints, progressing through the core stability exercises and into stretches.
· Finally we finish with some progressive muscular relaxation.
· All you need is a towel and some water to drink.
· Please wear comfortable clothing.
