Body Conditioning / Interval Training, 1 hour class

 

 

· INTERVAL TRAINING It has been proven that interval training is the best form of exercise to trim, tone and build strength and endurance, whilst burning fat.

· The class consists of a

· warm-up and stretches

· followed by some strength training using resistance bands and or dumbbells,

· interspersed with some cardio work in the form of

· high kicks,

· jumping jacks,

· jogging on the spot etc,

· Sometimes put into a circuit form.
