Body Sculpt / Strength Training, 1 hour class

 

· BODY SCULPT This class consists of a warm-up followed by stretches then band or dumbbell work to sculpt the problem areas, taking the muscles to fatigue.

· Occasionally we will do the class using only our own body weight, showing that you can do all of the exercises at home if you want to speed up the process.

· To keep variety, we may do something completely unexpected (not the usual class) but all of the classes are suitable for all levels of fitness but only for those people who have a good sense of humour.

· Come along to a class and see what you are missing, ring or e-mail me to ensure there is a space for you as some of the classes are quite busy.
