As with most things in these times, you won’t be surprised to hear that things will be a bit different in the clinic.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to treat anyone who is being shielded or those caring for someone who is being shielded.

If you have any signs or symptoms of coronavirus do not attend but please telephone to advise me.

The ISRM have been consulting with health and safety experts and working hard to give the best advice.

A full description can be found on

Where you can view their guidance.

I am adhering to the rules and guidance I hope to open the clinic again from 6th July 2020

Please come alone, no other people can accompany you in the treatment room at the moment, if someone brings you, they must wait in the car or another room.

If you are unwell or have been in close contact with someone who has been unwell please cancel and

re book your session for a later date.

It is also advised that every client coming to the clinic has the track and trace app this is at your discretion. You will be asked to sign a Pre-treatment Screening Form taking into account this new contraindication

Please don’t arrive too early for your appointment – wait in your car until I come to collect you.

Do not wear gloves.

Please don a face mask before entering the clinic and we will both sanitize our hands, I will open and close the doors for you.

I will wear a mask throughout the treatment and you are asked to wear one too.

We will both again sanitize our hands at the end of the treatment.

In between clients all couch covers and towels will be removed for washing and the bed and equipment used or touched will be wiped down and sterilized. the room will then be aired and ventilated for 30 minutes at least before the next client arrives.

We have been advised to Avoid taking cash payments when possible. Ideally, clients should pay before their treatment by direct bank transfer or online payment system.

Unfortunately, the price of treatments has been increased a little to help with the extra cost of the PPE and

Specific products to protect both me and my clients from this very real viral threat.

Stay at home and isolate yourself from others. Do not leave your home if you have either:

a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home. Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.
