Fitness Testing

 

There are many tests that can be done to establish your fitness.

· blood pressure

· resting heart rate

· flexibility

· strength and endurance

· body mass index

· body fat percentage

 

I will need to know your goals and aspirations and I will also ask some lifestyle questions to ascertain which form of testing is appropriate for you , as not all are necessary for everybody.

It will take about a week for me to analyse your results.

Once you have the results you can then have a training program written for your needs. You can use this for private training or for personal training sessions with me.
